Day#4

Today I work on finishing up my form by input all the required information that are needed for my form. I also add an image on my form that represents the data because my form is about data. I also add the proper buttons need it for my form such has a submit button,radio, check boxes, and line so that the user can respond the question by writing their answer inside the box. Today I faced a lot of challenge I that made me struggle on my form.I was struggling of how to line up the HTML code into my form.
