Day#3

Today I was able to start creating my form sheet

• I create my Form using HTML code

• I create some radio box buttons which it list the type of data that a user can select from the selection

• I also start to work on adding some check button for the next question.

The challenge I faced today was with the code I first start by creating an HTML file and a CSS page file I had trouble connecting my HTML page into my CSS page. I also Had trouble with the radio button to line them up straight . and also when I start I had trouble line the HTML style in my coding. I also had trouble deleting and founding the little equal code that was showing on my form
